Q1: Can you customize a glass model that is not listed on your website?

Certainly. We can make a custom product based on a sample, but it must meet the minimum order quantity. Please contact us for more information.

Q2: I am interested in purchasing your products. What payment methods do you accept?

The payment can be made through a bank transfer, western union, or any other method that both of us agree on.

Q3: Your site did not have the products I was looking for.

Please send the glass models you need (including descriptions and pictures) via e-mail. You will be notified as soon as possible if we can produce them.

Q4: How do you ensure the quality of your products?

A picture or video will be sent to you before the goods are shipped ensuring they are in good condition. Upon receiving the package, please inform us if any pieces are broken. In case the glass was damaged during shipping, the broken pieces will be included free of charge in your next order.

Q5: In addition to the cost of my order, do I also need to pay for shipping and the wooden box?

Of course NO! The wooden boxes will be paid for by us.

If you have a logistics partner in China, we will ship your package for free within China.

Q6: How much do I need to order for the first time?

No less than 200 pieces of glass will be ordered initially, but it is negotiable. Please consider our fair prices, as well as our labor and packaging costs.
